This directory contains files with force-field parameters of  
ADP, ATP, and inorganic phosphate. 

nuc.top         - X-PLOR topology file
nuc.par         - X-PLOR parameter file 

The following X-PLOR standard parameter files are required for use with nuc.top:

	parallh22x.pro, parallh22x.nuc

The necessary X-PLOR files are not part of this distribution and have to be obtained from your X-PLOR source, URL http://xplor.csb.yale.edu
